This class combines kickboxing techniques with a full-body workout to boost strength, endurance, and coordination. Students will punch, kick, and move through dynamic routines that build real fitness while keeping things fast-paced and fun. No experience is needed—just come ready to sweat, learn, and leave feeling stronger.
