Fitness Kickboxing Bootcamp

Seth Weil’s Fitness Kickboxing Boot Camp is a energetic and fun way to stay in shape. This is a six week course offered Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 5:30 – 6:30am & 6:00 – 7:00pm. The program combines calisthenics, strength training and kickboxing to give you a well-rounded workout.
