Fitness Kickboxing Bootcamp

Seth Weil’s Fitness Kickboxing Boot Camp is a energetic and fun way to stay in shape combining kickboxing with strength and conditioning. This program is a six week course offered three days a week and each class is one hour long. You will be doing a verity of exercises through the weeks ahead, starting out with mastering your own body weight (calisthenics) in week one and then adding in resistance and plyometrics training in the weeks ahead.
