Our Little Dragons class is a martial arts program designed specifically for young adventurers aged 4-6. This class combines the exciting elements of Jeet Kune Do with age-appropriate techniques to help children develop essential skills while having a blast! Teen Jeet Kune Do (ages 13 – 16yrs)

Adult Jeet Kune Do
Beginner Level 1 Jeet Kune Do

Students will learn the fundamental strikes, stances, and defensive movements, including punches, kicks, trapping techniques, and footwork. Emphasis is placed on efficiency, simplicity, and adaptability, with a focus on fluidly combining techniques to deal with real-world situations. Through drills, shadowboxing, and controlled partner practice, students will begin to understand the importance of timing, distance, and control, all while fostering mental focus and discipline.
This class emphasizes developing coordination, strength, and agility while introducing Jeet Kune Do’s core concepts like “Absorb What is Useful” and “Reject What is Useless.” The environment is supportive and non-competitive, ensuring that students progress at their own pace while building confidence and a deeper understanding of martial arts principles.
Intermediate Level 2 Jeet Kune Do
Days: Tuesday & Thursday
Time: 6:00 – 7:00pm
In this class, students will deepen their understanding of the principles of Bruce Lee’s martial art. Building on the foundation of basic techniques and concepts, this class will focus on refining footwork, timing, and distancing, while further integrating concepts like efficiency, adaptability, and directness.
The class will include advanced striking combinations, improved defensive techniques, and methods to counter and intercept attacks with fluidity and precision. Emphasis will be placed on applying JKD concepts such as “using no way as way” and “having no limitation as limitation” in real-world scenarios, enhancing each student’s ability to adapt to different situations.
Students will engage in controlled sparring to develop their ability to flow between offensive and defensive strategies, while also increasing awareness of their own strengths and weaknesses. Through drills, pad work, and partner exercises, practitioners will gain more comfort and confidence in adapting their skills to unpredictable situations, while embracing the JKD philosophy of simplicity and effectiveness.
Advanced Level 3 Jeet Kune Do

Time: 7:00pm – 8:00pm
This class is designed for practitioners who have mastered the fundamentals and are ready to push their skills to the next level. This class emphasizes the fluid integration of all aspects of Jeet Kune Do — including striking, trapping, grappling, and defense — with a focus on precision, timing, and adaptability in real-world scenarios.
Students will refine their techniques in advanced footwork, timing, and distance management, as well as explore the deeper philosophical and strategic elements of Bruce Lee’s martial art. The curriculum will cover more complex combinations, chaining attacks, multiple opponent scenarios, and sophisticated trapping methods, while continually reinforcing the importance of simplicity, directness, and efficiency.
Drills will include live sparring, scenario-based training, and situational drills to test students’ ability to react under pressure. Additionally, we’ll delve deeper into the philosophy of JKD, emphasizing personal expression and the constant evolution of the martial artist.
Kali/Escrima

Join our dynamic and engaging Kali/Eskrima class, where you’ll learn the traditional Filipino martial arts designed for real-world self-defense. Kali, also known as Eskrima or Arnis, is a combat system that incorporates a blend of stick fighting, knife defense, empty-hand techniques, and grappling. In this class, you’ll develop your ability to defend yourself against multiple attackers, using everyday objects as improvised weapons, or by relying on your body’s natural movements.
Our expert instructors will guide you through practical drills that focus on precision, timing, and coordination, helping you improve your agility, reflexes, and situational awareness. As you progress, you’ll master the fundamentals of weapon-based defense, ranging from single-stick and double-stick techniques to empty-hand combat and trapping.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced martial artist, our Kali/Eskrima class will challenge you to refine your skills, build confidence, and gain a deeper understanding of the ancient Filipino martial tradition.
