Progressive Fighting Systems (PFS) is an organization dedicated to teaching realistic self defense and promoting the expansion of Jeet Kune Do and the Filipino Martial Arts. Progressive Fighting Systems was founded over 25 years ago by Sifu Paul Vunak.
The goal is to provide you with a world class formula for Self- Defense. The same systems used by our Elite Forces, such as Navy Seals, DEA, FBI, SWAT and over 50 police departments. Our techniques and strategies are battle tested and used by elite special forces. We have adapted our training methods for civilians just like you.
We are a no nonsense organization dedicated to teaching realistic self-defense. We teach everything from employing Rapid Assault Tactics (R.A.T.) to acquiring the psychological killer instinct; from mastering Kina Mutai (The Art of Uninterrupted Bite and Gauge) to surviving a mass attack. We give you the weapons you need to live your life with awareness and confidence.
