Class fees are charged & scheduled on a month to month basis, you do not sign contracts or pay initiation fees.
Classes are offered twice a week and you can choose what day given that there is still space available in that class, each class is one hour long and are taught in small groups of no more than 6 people at a time. All skill levels welcome!
Class starts off with a 15 min warm-up consisting of jumping rope, stretching and finishing with push-ups and sit-ups, (the fitness program is destined to help develop the attributes needed for the Jeet Kune Do practitioner).
Then we move into the Jeet Kune Do training, working on the curriculum for that day. The curriculum focuses on the JKD four ranges of combat 1) kicking 2) punching 3) trapping 4) grappling, along with various self defense situations.
Classes are broken up into four 15 min rounds starting with the worm-up consisting of calisthenics and stretching then moving into techniques based out of one or more of the ranges then we move into 15 min of a sparing based drills and finish up with some light free sparing to get use to broken rhythm etc, then finishing up the class with some push-ups and sit-ups.
Seth Weil Academy takes a progressive approach to training in Authentic Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do, while preserving the core Authentic Jeet Kune Do while keeping it a simple, direct and effective martial arts / self defense system that was developed by Bruce Lee based on the principle of intercepting.

Adult Jeet Kune Do - Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 7am - 8am
Kids JunFan Jeet Kune Do Monday, Wednesday - 3:30pm - 4:30pm
Adult Jeet Kune Do - Monday through Thursday - 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Adult Jeet Kune Do - Tuesday, Thursday - 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Private & semi private lessons available by the hour.
Military, Law Enforcement & First Responder training also available.
