Seth Weil's Self Defense Academy | Progressive Fighting Systems Classes

Monthly Progressive Fighting Systems class curriculum:

The classes are on a month to month basis, you do not have to sign a contract or pay any initiation fees what so ever the classes are offered twice a week and you can choose what day given that there is still space available in that class. They are offered Monday - Thursday 6:30PM and at 7:30PM each class is one hour long.

The monthly training classes at Seth Weil's Self Defense Academy are very much like are certification course, the only difference is that the classes give you the individual more time to learn and hone in your techniques. The first faze of our training is focusing on the R.A.T (Rapid Assault Tactics) in this part of the training you will work on nerve destruction's, Chi Sao (Wing Chung energy drill), along with a series of trapping techniques, you will all so learn how to turn your head butts, knee's and Elbow's into lethal weapons.

You will learn the most effective and lethal moves that you can do when you are on the ground you sing Brazilian Jujitsu and Kinomuti (the art of uninterrupted biting and eye gouging). Along with learning the empty hand/stand up and ground parts of fighting, you will also learn how to work with weapons, rather you are being attacked by one or are forced to use a weapon yourself, now when I say weapon this cooled be a stick, knife, bottle, tire iron etc. anything someone could use to take you with. You will learn to handle weapons and weapon based attack through the Filipino art of Kali.

Once you have the R.A.T down and have been working the techniques for a year you will receive your apprentice instructorship certificate under the Progressive Fighting Systems. We then will add in other energy drills such as Lop Sao and Hubud, locking techniques and implementing in the Golden goose, where we work in techniques from a dozen different arts and teach you how to flow in and out of them.
